Course 3: Device Drivers with Embedded Linux
Course Description:

This is a 2 months hands-on programming course on writing device drivers for embedded/embeded systems using embedded/Embedded Linux. This instructor-led course provides the skills needed to successfully develop, test and integrate kernel modules and device drivers as appropriate to embedded Linux products. During the course the students will be doing 3 real time projects on device driver development, Bringing up embedded Linux on arm-9 based CPU board and porting of device driver to CPU board.

Prerequisites:
Students are expected to be proficient with C programming language and good understanding of Hardware.
Education: Bachelors or Master in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering

1. Background in digital logic design
2. Good C language programming
Course Description: In this course you will learn efficient coding techniques for writing synthesizable Verilog. You will gain experience in writing behavioral and structural code and implementing state machines with multiple efficient coding styles. You will learn about test benches and the techniques to build them. You will also learn how to optimize a design to an FPGA. With hand-on exercises, you will write synthesizable RTL code, explore different coding schemes for design efficiency, write test benches and test cases and run functional simulation. You will synthesize, place and route the design and finally perform gate-level timing simulation.

This is a 30 days course on Oracle 10g Databases. The Database Administrator (DBA) course provides detailed understanding of the architecture; managing databases and file system.
